Thank you for using DentCase. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our application.

1. Patient Clinical Records

DentCase is designed as a patient case management application. All clinical patient data — including patient names, contact numbers, age, gender, department notes, photographs, radiographs, billing records, and appointment schedules — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or host your patient clinical records on external servers.

2. Account Setup & Service Diagnostics

To provide smooth app functionality, maintain security, and optimize default regional settings (such as currency detection), the application may process basic diagnostic information upon setup and launch:

• User Contact Details: Name and email address if voluntarily provided during setup.
• Network & Technical Identifiers: Basic network details (IP address) and device attributes (operating system version, device model, and app version) for security diagnostics and regional configuration.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates trusted third-party services for advertising and usage analytics:

Google Analytics for Firebase

We use Firebase Analytics to measure aggregate screen usage and feature adoption. This service collects anonymized metrics such as:

• App opens and screen views
• Device hardware model and operating system version
• General country-level location

AdMob (Google Mobile Ads)

We display advertisements through Google AdMob to support the app. AdMob may use device advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. 4. Permissions We Request

The app may request access to the following device capabilities when initiated by you:

• Camera: To capture photographs and radiographs for your dental cases.
• Storage / Media Access: To attach existing images from your library or export backup files and PDF reports.

5. Data Security & Control

Your clinical case records remain stored under your control on your device. We recommend securing your device with biometric authentication or a passcode. You can export backups or delete case entries at any time directly inside the app.

6. Children's Privacy

DentCase is a professional tool for dental practitioners and students and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
